Birth Note:    He is the son of Samuel Hibler and Charlotte Groff.

Individual Note:
     Virginia and Missouri Census records do not show a Hibler married to
Pauline in 1870 (although a Henry R. Hibler, a widower with 5 children
ages 3-16, exists). It is most probable that he married Paulina after
July 1860 and died before the 1870 Census. He is said to have been
married 3 times.
