Death Note:    An impossible death date of 10 January 1841 is given by Anderson,
without documentation, as having occurred only 6 days after her
marriage and 4 years before the birth of the first of their 4
children. Glover gives a date of 10 June 1846, which is possible if
her 4 children were born in a space of the 60 month marriage.

Birth Note:    Anderson says he was "of New York City", while the 1900 Census gives
his birthplace as Pennsylvania. On 10 May 1836, a Henry B. Richards
of Lynchburg married a Mrs. Angelina L. Barnes (daughter of Dr. Asa
Barnes of Lunenberg Co, according to [IT:Lynchburg Virginian:IT], 19
May 1836. [Their son, John Vam Lew Richards died 8 September 1839].
This probably was the first marriage of Henry.

     He was a hardware merchant in Lynchburg.
